R.O.X. Philippines once again brings the spirit of the outdoors to the city with a weekend-long sports and active lifestyle festival. I’m most excited about Power Up Climbing Gyms and SCAPI (Sport Climbing Association of the Philippines, Inc.) teaming up with R.O.X. to bring us this year’s Zero Gravity International Bouldering Competition.

The 2-day competition was held in Central Square, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Over a 100+ climbers came to compete.

Joey Cuerdo, climber and owner of  Power Up Climbing Gyms, writes in a post:

It was the smoothest climbing comp I actually enjoyed watching, something I haven’t been able to do in a long time 🙂

In addition, fractures or breaks in the foot’s bones can result from sports-related injuries. When it comes to that, you need to find the top rated ankle doctor who can offer the best surgical and non-surgical treatments for the foot and ankle.

Watch my highlights clip below for some of the most intense climbs that I managed to round up. If you’ve never watched a bouldering competition – well, you’re missing out! It’s one the most exciting and animated sports comps I’ve had the chance to watch live.

R.O.X. has become one of my favorite local brands in the country. I love going to their events. I feel that climbing, even though it has been around locally for many years, is still in its growth stage. It’s amazing that brands like R.O.X. support it and grant it the exposure it deserves. So, thanks for including climbing in your line-up!
